I went to the crystal design and made sure that the specified printer and label size in there matched. If Sage 100 is communicating the driver then it should be giving it the saved parameter (which I have no clue where it is saved). So if Sage 100 is not communicating/saving that parameter to the driver, it seems to me that the windows default should be automatically used. This did not happen with 4.4, only started happening with 2014. It appears that the default is correct but if you do not go in a look and verify it, it uses the wrong label size. Step #4 Repeat step #2, when you look, the default of 30256 is there. It prints as if printing on a 30252 label (all messed up). Step #3 Print another label (do not go into setup). Print the label, everything is cool! Yeah! When printing the label click on SETUP | Preferences | Advanced and you will see that the default is 30256 as expected. Prints as if it was a smaller label so it resizes itself and ends up using two labels and really messes up the format (on the first print it defaults to a 30252 label which I cannot find specified anywhere as the default). Go print, the label format is totally messed up. My usual trick for this is to set the default label for the printer at the windows level because it is just a matter of Sage 100 not passing that parameter properly. ![]() ![]() The form setting/code holds the selected printer however it does not seem to hold the selected label size. Just did an upgrade to Sage 1 and the fun begins. When using the Dymo printer you have to make sure that you select the correct label size or you get totally messed up labels. Using Sage 100 ERP 4.4 and have been printing labels successfully for a couple of years. Hopefully someone has another trick that I haven't figured out yet. This is an odd one and all my usual tricks don't seem to work.
